Linda D. Phillips, Esq.

I started working with cooperatives in the mid-1990’s as a paralegal.  After law school graduation in 2003, I continued my exploration of the cooperative business model.  I have since concluded that cooperatives are one of the most flexible, challenging, exhilarating and inspiring forms of business that are available today.  It is exciting for me to work with a group of people, like you, who have an idea and want to see it blossom.  Whether you are talking about a 5-person employee-owned company, or a 200 member coop with multiple types of owners, or business owners wanting to keep their companies going after retirement, I truly enjoy helping you see the possibilities, both business and legal.  I relish finding practical solutions and answers to your questions and shepherding you through the process of forming and continuing your cooperative business.
